CHASTITY
- The one and only Chastity joins the show and immediately gets into a discussion
about the last time wrestling fans got to see her. James mentions that he
saw her on a Raven behind the scenes video and Erik says that he saw her
in WOW, but other than that she's been out of the wrestling scene.
- She is going to be a part of the "Legends of the Arena" show that will
reunite many of the original ECW alumni and will also raise money for the
American Cancer Society. It'll be a great show to give the ECW fans a chance
to see all their old favorites again while also giving money to a great cause.
- She is looking forward to seeing alot of the ECW Alumni again, and got
a chance to see alot of them at a recent autograph signing and it is great
for her to reunite with them. She talks about how much she loved getting
in touch with Francine again as they hung out alot.
- When talking about Sandman & Raven, she says that the amazing thing
about them that fans might not realize is that both men are brilliant. She
specifcally recalls riding on the road with them and they would give each
other science & history quizzes and completely understood the material.
- Her time in WCW was hard for her to adjust to because she was more used
to the close family atmosphere of ECW. She didn't pay too much attention
to what the higher ups were doing and rather tried to do what she was told.
She tried to do everything to pay her dues, something that she feels is lacking
in the younger generation. She says that the big stars (Hogan, Nash, etc.)
were the ones that made the big decisions.
- When comparing Chastity to the other girls in WCW at the time, she was
far more physical than most. She had hoped it would have led to something
more, especially being paired with Raven. To her, the turn against Raven
came too soon and then Sandman (Hardcore Hak) got injured and that pretty
much took her out. She explains that when a valet is closely attached to
one guy that when the guy gets hurt, the girl gets taken off as well.
- She got along really well with alot of the girls. Chastity specifically
mentions getting along great with Miss Madness (Molly Holly) who she used
to work out with. She also used to talk alot with Elizabeth & Madusa.
She didn't really get to know Kimberly or Gorgeous George, but for the most
part she got along with all the girls.
- When trying to recall the match that Sandman got hurt, and when asked if
it might have been the Junkyard Match from Bash at the Beach 99, she remembers
that match being ridiculous.
- Raven had the entire storyline with Chastity, Hak, & Bam Bam completely
mapped out and she says that it was amazing the way he had it thought out,
but it never to got meet its proper conclusion. She also says that it was
great for her because she really felt comfortable working with them.
- When asked how she got into wrestling, she says everybody asks her that
question, even her parents. She got her start in Maryland Championship Wrestling
and she volunteered to be a valet for one of the wrestlers. Shortly after
that, she got to know Raven and that led to her being brought to ECW. She
explains that she was never a big fan of wrestling, but now she loves it.
- Raven got her into ECW, and Paul Heyman told him rather bluntly that "she
sucks" and Raven got her a second chance, and she won over Paul.
- A discussion then starts about how great Maryland Championship Wrestling
and all of the talent that has come up through there.
- In ECW, she also got along with alot of the women there. She traveled with
Francine, and she just recently got back in touch with Beulah. She also mentions
that she met Dawn Marie in MCW and got along with her going back to those
days.
- When asked the name Chastity, she jokes that it was definitely Raven who
came up with the name. She definitely liked that name more than her Indy
name Brittney Bottoms.
- She was never contacted by WWE to ever join the company. When asked about
their version of ECW, she admits that she's not a big fan of it. She feels
the wrestling is good and the talent is good, but the name doesn't live up
to the past legacy of ECW at all. James then offers the idea that maybe Vince
brought it back just so he could create a product that the fans would not
chant "ECW" for.
- She also says Vince deserves credit for taking over wrestling the way he
has. This leads into a mini discussion from the hosts about how smart Vince
McMahon is.
- Probably her most extreme moment in ECW was when Justin Credible caned
her and ejected her from ECW. She says that he definitely didn't take it
easy on her. She also says that it was Paul's idea to do the skit and that
when Paul would do something, almost everybody followed.
- She worked for XPW but admits that it was really just a paycheck. She fondest
memory of working there was getting to work with Missy Hyatt. They met in
MCW where she overheard Missy saying that she needed to pay her dues and
thought they'd never get along. However, when they met up in XPW they became
best of friends and they still keep in touch.
- Lizzy Borden was someone she managed in XPW and she said that it was strange
to be in that role. She says she was nice, but admits that she isn't that
smart. James then tells a hilarious story about an appearance she had on
The Daily Show.
