Economic study on WrestleMania 25

According to an economic report released by the Enigma Research Corporation, WrestleMania 25 generated $49.8 million for the Houston metropolitan area and $5.7 million in taxes for the city. Were told studies like these tend to use flawed methodology. Another similar study showed that the Super Bowl in 2008 brought $500.5 million to Phoenix in 2008. Many of these reports have been debunked by economists.
