The Latest on Warrior vs. WWE

The Ultimate Warrior's lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment, stemming from the Self-Destruction of Ultimate Warrior DVD, which Warrior has already publicly conceded, will be officially dismissed with prejudice on 11/27. Judge Roslyn O. Silver is giving Warrior's side until then so they have a proper chance to file anything that could put the case back into motion, but all signs appear it will finally be put to rest later this month. Warrior recently noted that a portion of the lawsuit that is under federal jurisdiction is still ongoing.
