Jeff Hardy arrives late to Smackdown taping in Vegas

Jeff Hardy didn't arrive to the Smackdown/ECW taping in Las Vegas this past Tuesday until after the show had already started. Hardy was scheduled to headline the taping against Vladimir Kozlov in something that was planned well in advance.
