AWA promoter comments on the WWE Lawsuit

From Ben Kerin: In an exclusive discussion with Wrestling Superstars Live Promoter Dale R. Gagne www.wrestling-radio.com is able to confirm the orginal AWA is NOT DEAD. We are also able to squash any previous reports (now deemed as false) that suggest the WWE has won the lawsuit against the AWA. Dale R Gange angered by recent reports said "It's amazing how the internet is always the definitive word without doing their research". Gagne went on to say "The WWE claim against the AWA has 23 counts/complaints. The summary judgment, which we had no intention of winning, was for 1 count out of 23. Does that mean they won a lawsuit? We are currently appealing even the 1 decision however as part of a confidential settlement, we are disbanding www.awastars.com website.
