WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP - FOUR WAY ELIMINATION MATCH
# Chris Jericho & Christian (c's) vs. Booker T & Goldust vs. Dudley Boyz vs. William Regal & Lance Storm
Winners & NEW World Tag Team Champions: Booker T & Goldust
- The Dudley Boyz were eliminated first when William Regal pinned Bubba Ray Dudley following a legdrop off the top rope by Lance Storm.
- William Regal & Lance Storm were eliminated second when Goldust pinned William Regal immediately after the first elimination.
- Chris Jericho & Christian were eliminated third when Jericho attempted a title shot to the head but Booker T countered it into a Book End for the win.
# Edge vs. A-Train (Albert)
Winner: Edge by DQ
- The match ended when A-Train hit Edge with a steel chair to cause the DQ. Following this, Edge got the steel chair and hit A-Train with it a few times.
# Chris Benoit vs. Eddie Guerrero
Winner: Chris Benoit
- The match ended when Eddie Guerrero submitted to Benoit's Crippler Crossface following a great technical match.
- Dawn Marie came to the ring and promised to show the world the footage everyone has been "buzzing" about.
The footage rolled and just as about they were to get to the part where both women kissed, Al Wilson came out and demanded it be stopped. Dawn said she didn't want to because the whole world wanted to see it. Dawn kept playing to the crowd but finally gave in to Al and they ended the segment at that point.
Overall, it was a big waste of time.
# Kane vs. Batista
Winner: Batista
- Match ended when Kane got distracted by Ric Flair allowing Batista to hit the big sitdown powerbomb on Kane for the win.
WWE WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP - TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
# Victoria (c) vs. Trish Stratus vs. Jacqueline
Winner & STILL Women's Champion: Victoria
- The match ended when Victoria hit Trish Stratus with the Women's Title and then pinned Jacqueline right after. It came off as a confusing ending.
WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
# Big Show (c) vs. Kurt Angle
Winner & NEW WWE Champion: Kurt Angle
- The match ended when Brock Lesnar hit the ring and gave Big Show the F-5, allowing Kurt Angle to get the pin and become the NEW WWE Champion.
WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP (BEST OF THREE FALLS MATCH)
(FIRST FALL: Street Fight; SECOND FALL: Steel Cage; THIRD FALL (if necessary): Ladder Match)
# Shawn Michaels (c) vs. Triple H
Winner & NEW World Heavyweight Champion: Triple H
- Triple H won the first fall, pinning Shawn Michaels in the Street Fight Rules Match following a Pedigree. The first fall saw HBK hit Triple H with a 2x4 that was lit with flames.
- Shawn Michaels won the second fall, pinning Triple H in the Steel Cage Match following a splash off the cage through a table onto Triple H. At one point, Ric Flair interfered but got taken out by Shawn Michaels.
- Triple H won the third fall, defeating Shawn Micheals in the Ladder Match to become the NEW World Heavyweight Champion after Shawn Michaels took a fall to the outside over the top rope through a bunch of tables allowing Triple H to climb up the ladder and get the belt.
