1.Starts the show at 10:05AM with the usual
"Don't Go Messin' With A Country Boy".

2.Hillbilly says he likes it when you mess with this country boy, introduces himself &
welcomes you to his show. He says it's the
southern Californian version of the show as he's in Los Angeles & says he's glad
y'all chose him again to come with him for the
wonderful week. He says he's on the "Road
To Wrestlemania 24" & is having a wonderful time in southern California by
enjoying the sights & scenes that he'll get

it'll be a great show.

Hillbilly says he promises to bring it to you,
says it'll be new & improved because he'll
keep bringing you great songs & says he'll
throw you a few different ones in there. He
says you'll hear in the 1st hour Junior Brown, Steve Miller, Roy Orbison & more
that he's been planning that he's been thinking about. He says he'll give you a
blues legend Guitar Slim, says he wants you
to check him out later, then says he'll play
you California's own The Flying Burrito
Brothers, Gary Stewart, Dave Alvin & all those things. He says he'll kick it off with
probably the greatest guy of all [Merle Haggard], says he's the greatest legend of
all & says 1 his favorite country singers of all time. He says it's a great song ["A

& Jim Lauderdale's "This Is The Last Time [I'm Ever Gonna Hurt]".

4.Hillbilly says Jim's a Grammy winner right
there if there ever was 1 & recently picked
up his Grammy. He says he's running
independent by himself, says he usually has
folks there helping him but he's "Spikeless"
this week & don't know what he's gonna do. He says he looks over there & is used to
seeing gaps in Spike's teeth, the cow lick, his clothes about 1/2 off of him, ain't
shaved too good in a day or 2 & says he don't really knows if he misses him that
much. He says it's kind of quiet today, says
silence is golden there & says he's had a
good couple of days there. He says he got
there a few of days ago, says he was on the
Pacific Coast Highway, went to Malibu &
checked out lots of things.

Hillbilly says L.A.'s got many great things,
says if you like sports it's the mecca for
sports with the Dodgers, Kings, Clippers &
Lakers. He says there's major league soccer,
arena football & anything that you can
imagine. He says there's many people there,
roughly 13 million people there & they're all just kinda going. He says he's having a
great time enjoying the wonderful weather,
says it's a big part of living in southern
California with the great weather. He says
you can enjoy it, get out there & go a few
miles & be at the beach & do some surfing.
He says this is a guy [Junior Brown] that you
wouldn't think be surfing since he's from
Austin, Texas.

Hillbilly says when you hear him play his
guitar, you'd think you're out there with
Dick Bell & all those guys in the 60's or the
ventures in Malibu.

5.Plays Junior Brown's "Surf Medley", C.W.
McCall's "Convoy", Commander Cody & His
Lost Planet Airmen's "Truck Drivin' Man".

6.Hillbilly says "Truck Drivin' Man" came out
of the barrel for all the truck drivers out
there. He says if you're driving them big rigs nationwide he loves you, tells the "long
haulers" out there that he knows they're
listening to him & it's so good to ride with
them. He tells them to be careful, safe & bring them in live like they always do. He
says the 1st hour's sizzling, perculating &
says he's on his game. He says he's doing the Fan Axxess tour now, says he's in the
beautiful sunshine state & thinks it's called
the big state of California. He says it's 1 of
the biggest states of the union, says there's
so much stuff going on there with so much
culture there.

Hillbilly says there's many things happening
with many trends start there, says there's
many great musical things happen there &
says it takes him to this guy [Steve Miller] that he'll play a song for you ["Living
In The
U.S.A."]. He says the guy had an album in
'69, says it was great then & now & says the
album also had a contribution by Bob Skags.

7.Plays Steve Miller Band's "Living In The
U.S.A.", Roy Orbison's "Cat Called Domino",
Drive-By Truckers' Outlaw Country promo & Drive-By Truckers' "A Ghost To Most".

8.Hillbilly says Outlaw Country's sizzling &
has got it going on. He says '08's gonna be
great, says he'll be a big part of this thing &
says he'll have himself a wonderful time
weekly like he's had for almost 3 years. He
says he can hardly believe that it's been that long since he's started this journey,
says it's been quite a journey & has learned
many things along the way & has had much
fun with you & has connected with new
people. He says it does his heart good & has
him tickled pink, then plugs his email
hillbillyjim@sirius-radio.com & his toll free
request line 877-33-SIRIUS & press #63. He
says he's getting late into the 1st hour but
he ain't thru yet.

Hillbilly says he still has more great things to do, again says he's in southern
California
in the L.A. area & says he'll do a southern
Californian theme with Dave Alvin's "King Of California".

9.Plays Dave Alvin's "King Of California", The Flying Burrito Brothers' "Sin City",
Hank Williams' "My Bucket's Got A Hole In
It" & Gary Stewart's "Honky-Tonkin'".

10.Hillbilly says "Honky-Tonkin'" is winding
down the 1st hour, says it sounds like some
of that beer drinking music that you'd get in them Texas beer halls out there in the
west. He says it sounds good to him, says it
makes you wanna reach over there & tap
your foot, patch your old leg, sing along &
have fun. He says he's lonesome there, says
usually at this time he has Uncle Percy
Mandoberg as well as his son Spike & says
he's "Mandoberg Free" this weekend. He
says they're back in Kentucky, says he has to
carry on without them & says he's a big ol'
strapping boy. He says he'll put a bodyslam
on them songs for y'all, says he'll make sure
to headlock on a couple of good ones that
you'll really enjoy.

Hillbilly says again that he's getting to the
end of the 1st hour & says he's got the
pleasure to play a tune ["The Things I Used To Do"] by a guy [Guitar Slim] that he
really
enjoys. He says the guy was a New Orleans
blues guitarist in the 40's & 50's, says the
guy's a real classic & an "enovator" & says the old guys in them days knew how to
put on a show. He says they were great
performers, says this song was a million
selling record & says in those days it was
really great. He says the Rock & Roll Hall Of
Fame's said it's 1 of the 500th song that
shaped rock & roll.

11.Plays Guitar Slim's "The Things I Used To
Do", Terry Funk's Hillbilly Jim promo, Johnny & June Carter Cash's "Long Legged
Guitar Pickin' Man" & Carlene Carter's "The
Bitter End".

12.Hillbilly says "The Bitter End" has some
strong guitar work as he kicks off the amazing 2nd hour of his show. He says he
took a little liberty while the other tunes
was playing & stirred the barrel of hits
there. He says you'll hear hits like The Eagles, The Marshall Tucker Band, a
Kentucky version from Pat Haney who'll sing a song that he loves so much, Buddy
Miller, John Fogerty & says he ain't thru. He
says he'll keep it going this week because
he's in the City Of Angels, Los Angeles. He
says every time he gets there he gets all
jiggy with it, says he has much fun with so
much to see there. He says it's a great
tourist area, says he's been to lots of things
there & has seen lots of people there doing
the same thing time & time again.

Hillbilly says he's got spots there that when
he gets there, he goes there every time &
can't help it. He says he likes going to Mann's Chinese Theater, says he knows it's
a world famous theater in Hollywood Blvd.,
says you can see some of the most
recognizable people's hand prints there. He
says he goes there & sees the hoof prints of
the horse's champion that was Gene Autry's
horse as well as the hoof prints of Trigger
that was Roy Rogers' horse. He says right by
Gene & Roy he likes going to look at them
things, says when he was a kid growing up
in Kentucky it was a big deal watching Gene & Roy on TV & says to go there & see
them for their foot & hand prints beside each other there, immortalized in cement.

Hillbilly says it don't get no better then that, says he'll play a tune ["California
Blues"] by a guy [Wayne Hancock] who's
really got a sound. He says when you've
been compared to Hank Williams [Sr.] &
Hank Thompson, you've really got to have it
going on.

13.Plays Wayne Hancock's "California Blues", Jimmie Rodgers' "Hobo Bill's Last
Ride", a clip of Gorilla Monsoon & "Mean"
Gene Okerlund commentating a match, Ray
Wylie Hubbard's "Wanna Rock & Roll" & The Marshall Tucker Band's "Heard It In A Love
Song".

14.Hillbilly says The Tucker Boys are from
the Carolinas, says that song's for all our
friends there, says you know he loves
southern rock & guarantees that you'll get
more of that today. He says it drives him
crazy to run there & see all those people
chasing folks there with cameras with the
paparazzi. He guesses that's the whole
industry with what those guys do, says he
can't figure it out with them following them
to the laundry mat, getting their picture
with somebody picking up a Starbucks
coffee & asks if that's news. He asks if when's that news, says those people
[paparazzi] run around like roaches & says he can hardly stand it.

Hillbilly says even if Britney Spears was
having a bad day she deserves to have it by
herself. He says there had to be someone
with a camera at her face all the time & says
he can't understand it what they're doing. He asks you to email & call his toll free
request line & tell him as to what you think
about it. He says if you're sick & tired of the
paparazzi like he is to let him know & shout
it out. He says the "hill-billions" out there
may wanna revolt & wanna stand & be
counted. He says he'll play you a buddy of
his [Pat Haney] from Bowling Green,
Kentucky that he'll miss a lot on this tour & says he can't wait to get back & see him.

15.Plays Pat Haney's "Come On Back To
Bowling Green & Marry Me", Loretta Lynn's
"One's On The Way", Billy Joe Shaver's
Hillbilly Jim promo & Billy Joe Shaver's "If You Don't Love Jesus, Go To Hell".

16.Hillbilly says "If You Don't Love Jesus, Go To Hell" is from the album "Everybody's
Brother": http://tinyurl.com/34lsjs & says Billy's a couple sandwiches short of a
picnic.
He says he's had Billy on the show, says he
loves him & says what a great album it is
that's just amazing. He again says he loves
Billy & calls him a bonified rebel, renegade,
misfit & it's why he's up, front & center in
Outlaw Country. He again says he's on the
west coast in L.A. enjoying his day & loving it like he's never done it before. He says
when he thinks of California he thinks of the sounds that came from there...... He says
there's been many amazing artists, bands &
tunes.

Hillbilly says again there's many things &
trends that start there in the L.A. area, says
this song ["Hotel California"] came from an
album that was gigantic & says when it was
released, it was the 5th album that these
guys [The Eagles] put out with original
material. He says it became probably 1 of
their biggest commercial hits of all time,
says since it's release in '76 he saw a "stat"
where it sold more then 16 million copies
alone in the USA. He says there's no telling
as to how many worldwide & says those guys were great then & now.

17.Plays The Eagles' "Hotel California", Chris
Knight's "Highway Junkie" & Dave Dudley's
"Truck Driving Son Of A Gun".

18.Hillbilly says he's the "Mud Lick Madman", asks if "Truck Driving Son Of A Gun"
sounded good & says that's a deep
voice Dave's got, which's a truck driver's
voice that he loves so much. He says he
remembers "6 Days On The Road & I'm
Gonna Make It Home" & all of them great
truck driving songs. He says he's doing it for the truckers out there as well as anyone
out there that loves that kind of music &
says he knows there's millions of them that
do. He says he's getting to the end of this
hour but ain't quite done yet, says he's still
got lots of things to do & lots to talk about
in the next hour. He says he'll talk more about the Fan Axxess tour, some of the
things that'll happen, some of the people
that'll come out & you'll look forward to
hearing it.

Hillbilly says to play out this hour he'll play
a tune ["All The Gold In California"] by a band [The Gatlin Brothers] that was
absolutely vocally on top of their game. He says nobody can sing better then these
guys, says the guy that sang lead for them was 1 of the greatest singers of all time
[Larry Gatlin]. He says these guys are Hall Of Famers & says they're the "epinemy"
of what they should sound like. He says they
started in the country world, says they're
originally from Houston, Texas, got into the
Nashville thing & became legends. He says
this song's got a California twist & thinks
you'll love this to play out this hour.

19.Plays Larry Gatlin's "All The Gold In
California", Waylon Jennings & Jessi Colter's
"I Ain't The 1", John Fogerty's "Hearts Of
Stone", Dusty Rhodes' Hillbilly Jim promo &

Bit Longer".

20.Hillbilly says Willie's the "Red Headed
Stranger" that's bringing us into the 3rd
hour, asks as to how you're doing & says if
you've got your shoes off, kicked in the corner & feeling good. He asks if you've
got a sandwich with a big ol' glass of milk & says he thinks that Spike's having
some big
buttermilk now with a baloney sandwich. He feels that Spike needs to be all alone by
himself, says Spike usually is after he eats &
says you don't wanna be around him after
that. He says he's having a good weekend,
again says he's in southern California &
enjoying the sun & fun. He says he won't
say that he's enjoying the surf but has been
there where they've been doing some of
that.

Hillbilly says there's much of that going on
there, says there's so much outdoor activity
& says there's many things that you can go & endulge in. He says lots of people there
like to get in shape, says it's a mecca for
beauty & says Spike & Percy oughta be there. He says they're kind of beautiful
people, sort of, then says this hour's gonna
sizzle & says he's got tunes for you that you
ain't gonna believe. He says you'll hear
Johnny Cash, ZZ Top, says you'll hear
everything & says the whole show's gonna
be amazing. He says he'll give you more of
The Doors, Buck Owens, says you'll hear it
all & it's gonna be great. He says he'll do
something that he's been doing for a few
months & it's his "Southern Rock Classic
Meet & 3".

Hillbilly says for those that're just tuning in
& explains the segment by taking a classic
southern rock song, then put 3 more under
it as if you're going to a diner in the south & get you a "Meet & 3". He gives an
example like a meat loaf with macaroni &
cheese with corn, maybe you'd want some
green beans & corn bread. He says that's
what you'll get, says you'll get some of the
greatest tunes of all time & says in this set
you'll hear Lynyrd Skynyrd, .38 Special & The Kentucky Headhunters. He says he'll
kick it off with the band Deep South, says they're a supergroup with lots of the
original members of some of the southern
rock classic groups.

Skynyrd, Hal McCormick & Jimmy Hall who's
probably the south's greatest singer of all
time & says they'll kick it off in style with
"Can't You See".

21.Plays Deep South's "Can't You See" [live],
The Kentucky Headhunters' "The Ballad Of
Davy Crockett", .38 Special's "Wild-Eyed
Southern Boys" & Lynyrd Skynyrd's
"Saturday Night Special".

22.Hillbilly says his "Meet & 3" is brought to
you by himself & his crack staff that they do
weekly. He says he knows that he loves
southern rock, says he knows you do too &
says it's a big part of the Outlaw Country
thing. He says he's having a great weekend
by doing the Fan Axxess tour at the
Universal City Walk, enjoying it & having
much fun. He then tells you the things that
you'll check out if you come to the Fan
Axxess tour. He says it won't cost you
anything, says it's WWE's way of giving back
to the fans that's supported them for over
24 years of all the wonderful Wrestlemanias
they've been to & for everything they've
done.

says WWE's prejudice & bias, which means
that they believe that they've got the best
fans of any group anywhere. He says the
fans are very loyal, says if you come there
you'll meet WWE superstars, divas & legends & check out some of the 1 of a kind
things. He says the tour's got a new thing
this year called the "Star In & Create Your
Own Entrances", which's like when you see
the stars come to the ring they've got their
own entrances with the music going, the
bombs going off & the pyros. He says you
get to do that yourselves & have a free DVD
of that experience & says it'll be real good.

L.A.,

Jeff Walker.

23.Plays Jerry Jeff Walker's "L.A. Freeway",
Guy Clark's "Dublin Blues", Robert Earl Keen's Outlaw Country promo & Robert Earl
Keen's "Corpus Christi Bay".

24.Hillbilly says "Corpus Christi Bay" is for

Robert Earl fans out there & he's 1 of them.
He says Keen can sing it & sing it right, says
he's up there in the grove doing what he
always does & have fun. He says he's in the
rocking cradle there with Fred Imus before
him with that sweet little Missy & all the
other misfits in the trailer park. He says there's Cowboy Jack Clement who's a Sun
Records legend, an icon of recording who knew everybody & is 1 of the greatest of all
time. He mentions Clement's sidekick
"Alamony" Jones & says "Lord, how can I
lose with the stuff that we use" & says it's
great: www.sirius.com/outlawcountry .

Hillbilly says usually he has his trusty,
sometime half-witted sidekick Spike with
him but has vacated him because his pa,
[Percy] called him home to do chores. He
says that Percy told him that Spike's getting
too full of himself & have to pull him in &
drag a few notches out of him. He says he
thinks of back home in Kentucky & about the other night when he was down on
Sunset Strip, enjoying some of the great
clubs, the great musical acts, the great
food & the whole "obvions" of the whole
place. He says the place's revered worldwide, says it's 1 of the places that most
anyone that comes to L.A. will go to
Sunset Strip & check it out.

thinking about all the legends that were up
& down that whole street there. He says the
whole Hollywood scene's just cool as heck to be there, says when he thinks of folks
back home he thinks about the legendary
Bill Monroe. He wonders as to what Bill
would've thought about all this, says Bill was a purist & loved his bluegrass music &
kept it the same all the way thru. He says
that he's sure that Bill would've enjoyed it

out of your mind, says it's probably the most
famous hot dog stand in the country &
reckon that it really is. He says it's certainly
the biggest & most famous in L.A., says it's
located down the corner of Melrose &
LaBrea.

Hillbilly says you can usually go there anytime day or night, says there's a line
that's always wrapped around there to get
some of that fresh hot dogs. He says some
may like that meaty chili on it & has a real
soft bun. He says Spike was there last year
eating them & has told Hillbilly by calling him up & asking him:"Hillbilly, would you
bring me back a few of them Pink's Hot
Dogs". He says that Spike didn't realize that
he won't be home for about 3 weeks, says
them hot dogs won't be no good then &
says Spike ate many of them last year that
he was swelled up like a bullfrog on a pond.

partner in crime, Spike, return next week or
so & they'll do it all over again.

Hillbilly says he'll play a great tune ["Goin' To California"] from a cat [Shannon
Lawson]

he'll be there every step of the way. He says
again that he's in sunny L.A., says it's feeling
so good & likes it there & enjoying all of the
"obvions". He says he's glad you're with him, says he likes hearing from you & again

it's good to have you like that.

were hunting, fishing, says "Ma" was there cooking up corn bread & even tried a
little Kentucky barbeque. He says those guys are from Texas & have that special
Texas barbeque that they like, but had to try a little bit of Kentucky barbeque. He
thinks they kinda like it, says that they said
something about the sauce & says Hillbilly's
mighty dog gone good.

Hillbilly says he told them that they're
welcomed back anytime, then tells them that the next time they come to their place
in Texas he'll make sure he'll get some
barbeque from them. He says 1 of them
buddies, Billy [Gibbons] has a place in L.A.,

the 1st time he ran into Cash he said [in a
British accent]:"Jesus, it's Johnny Cash, I can't believe it". He says that's what
it's all
about, says it's why we're lucky & fortunate
to be there at Outlaw Country & be there
weekly to play you these great songs by these amazing artists, who pretty much laid
it down the way it oughta be.

Hillbilly says we're so fortunate that we've
got their great records to play, says talking
about people that're getting themselves
together this next young lady [Allison
Moorer] is just a great singer. He then plugs her album "Mockingbird":
