early days when he used to work for a guy
named Joe Ming who was in the angus
business, he was down there 1 time & says
anytime you'd wanna go & walk around there, he'll go because it's a fabulous event.
Hillbilly says he wishes Percy was there
because it's starts this Monday [3/3] & they'll probably miss this 1 this year. He says that place's had some of the most dog
gonest entertainment over the years,
mentions that Elvis [Presley] performed there once [NOTE FROM JEFF:Elvis did 6

Anyhow Hillbilly continues to mention others that's performed there like George
Strait, Reba McEntire, Barry Manilow, Willie
Nelson, Lynyrd Skynyrd & says it's an

says he likes it & thinks the shows, dancing
girls & all that are real pretty. He says
nothing to him's pretty as the desert &
mountains to the north & soforth. He says
loves the nature of that area & wishes it can
be preserved a bit better. Hillbilly says that
brings him to a bone that he's got to chew & says Percy's the man to talk to about it.

Hillbilly says when getting inside hotels,
everybody's good & everything but when
you're on the streets, he was amazed as to
how much dirt & filth's out there. He says
garbage cans were loaded over, says there
were flyers all over the road where they
hand out the little "girly things", says
everyone gets them & says "ha ha" & throws them on the ground. He asks as to
why wouldn't a city like that [Las Vegas] that has millions of people coming in & clean it up a little better then that. Percy says he's a great believer on how people treat their surroundings, especially outdoor
surroundings as a reflection as to how they feel about themselves.

Percy says he's got zero patients for people
who trash up God's garden, Hillbilly tells
those in Vegas that he loves coming there &
it's a wonderful place & have lots of fun &
tells those there to pick up the trash & litter. He says instead of those guys handing
out flyers & stuff, take a week & have them
pick up that stuff because all those things
people just take them & throw them away.
He says that's his opinion, says he loves
Vegas & loves going there & says it's got
great energy with great shows & food. He
says it's got a great desert that's just a mile
or 2 out of town & asks to keep Vegas clean. Percy agrees, then asks him if he's
seen any music when he was in Los Angeles.

Hillbilly says he's seen lots of stuff, says there's lots of clubs up & down on Sunset
Strip, says he went to the House Of Blues a
couple of times & saw things go down there
& says it's still jumping. Percy says 1 time
when Hillbilly was there he saw Johnny
Winter & asks if he saw him there, Hillbilly
says he saw Johnny at the House Of Blues 1
time but didn't see him there during his
recent visit. Percy says Johnny's coming to
the Kentucky Blues festival this year:
www.kentuckybluesfestival.com . Hillbilly asks if that's all worked out, Percy says he gives their friend Kenny Lee credit for that, says that's 1 thing that fans need to be updated on which's the blues festival in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Percy says it'll be in the last weekend in
August [8/23] & says it'll be good this year.
Hillbilly says in honor of him being in Texas
& he's in Houston, says Johnny's a Texas
guitar slinger that's from the lone star state & Percy agrees. Hillbilly says he
appreciates Percy & asks if he can talk to
him next week if he can take time out from
his busy schedule. Percy says yes, says he
loves hearing from him & is proud of him
taking care of Spike. Hillbilly says he'll take
care of Spike pronto-style, says Spike's
