World Wrestling Council Results for April 26 2008 from Bayamon, PR - "The Phenomenal" BJ & "Mr. Hardcore" Rico Suave defeat The Legion of Armaggedon by pinfall. Decent opener, but nobody believed the Legion of Jobbers had a shot at winning. - Crazy Rudy defeats Jesse the Latin Freebird by pinfall. Wow, a Jesse sightning! I suppose somebody no-showed or something. - Elite Club Meeting: Joe Bravo, Bryan and Noriega come out, no sight of Chris Joel. Bravo starts to scold Noriega for loosing the titles to Thunder and says that never one man should be able to beat two. He also scolds Joel for not attending the meeting, but Joel finally shows up and gets yelled at as well. Bryan just asks all three men for patience. Bravo then says that he is the one member of The Elite Club with the most points in the Universal Title League (err....wrong, Noriega has more points, but hey, let's roll with it) and that he was going to be the next Universal Champion. Bryan seems to get bored and starts to talk about the dream match with Condor tonight and Bravo promises to be in Bryan's corner to make sure he wins the match. - Johnny Ringo & Johnny Styles defeat The SWAT Team by pinfall after Styles nails one of the SWAT's with his cane. -Universal Title League: Orlando Colon defeats Jungle Jim Steele by pinfall in a good match. Steele works mainly in Japan and had a run there as Wolf Hawkfield (yep, of Virtua Fighter fame). - The D'Jour Twins defeat "The Golden Latino" Joe Bravo & Huracan Castillo by pinfall. - Noriega defeats Black Pain by pinfall with some help from his valet Abriela. -WWC Tag Team Titles The Texas Outlaws (Todd Dean & Bad Boy Bradley) defeat Thunder & Lightning by pinfall when Jose Chaparro comes out and distracts both, the referee and Outlaws manager El Profe. El Condor uses this distraction to interfere on behalf of the Outlaws and they win the match and the titles. -Universal Title League El Condor defeats "The Loose Cannon" Bryan by pinfall. Orlando Colon came out to watch this match, while Joe Bravo came out to be in Bryan's corner. Bravo tried to interfere twice and both times ended up nailing Bryan with a steel chair by accident. The second time was enough for Condor to pick up the win. Condor then forces the timekeeper to remind the fans that he now has 8 points. Bryan and Bravo argue and Bryan attacks Bravo! Joel and Noriega come out to play peacemaker, but they then turn and attack Bravo as well. 3 on 1 beatdown and Bravo is left busted open in the ring. Bryan says that Condor never beat him clean and he wants a rematch. Condor agrees to the match, but they are interrupted by Thunder, who tells Condor that he wants him too and this seems to set up a 3 way match for next week.
