Nick Hogan has just pleaded no-contest to the felony charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. Currently the plea calls for a year of county jail and five years of probation. The father of John Graziano, Nick's friend who was injured in the crash is currently making a statement about his son and what the accident has done to his family.
