INTERACTIVE WRESTLING RADIO INTERVIEW - "Tennessee Cowboy" James Storm

Coming off the back of our huge "Macho Man" Randy Savage  interview, we bring you the most dynamic tag team in the industry

today, AMW, America's Most Wanted  - Chris Harris & James Storm.

In this double header lasting a total of over 50 minutes, the two talk about anything and everything from two very different viewpoints.

AMERICA'S MOST WANTED

"TENNESSEE COWBOY" JAMES STORM

-- Big influences growing up, much like Harris, were Bret Hart & Hulk Hogan. Storm also appreciated Bret's work much more when he became involved in the business, and feels his ability to tell a story in the ring, something that has been lacking in the current product.

-- He was out with a shoulder injury caused by a clothesline bump gone wrong. It was a compound fracture, and he was out for an entire year because of it.

-- The nickname 'Tennessee Cowboy' came just because of where he was from, and what he is.

-- He was trained by Slash from the New Church.

-- Becoming a tag legend is on the forefront of his mind, and he wouldn't change that right now.

-- When he was R&B security for Russo and Bischoff in WCW, Russo didn't pay much attention to them. He doesn't agree with Russo's wacky ideas because James is a more traditional type of guy, but "whatever works".

-- Winning the Tag Titles from the New Church is Storm's favourite match in TNA thus far, understandably.

-- Much like Harris, if WWE came to him, he'd tell them "thanks but no thanks". He says that's basically how everybody in TNA feels currently, because it's one big team effort.

-- No thoughts on going into MMA because he's "not that flexible".

-- The sale of WCW to him meant that his 'best opportunity' was gone. When TNA came around he felt it was a great honour to get a spot with them.

-- Final word associations are along the lines of Chris Harris, TNA, Slash, Bret Hart, Hennig and Savage. We then go into our wrap up…
