TLC pay-per-view location revealed, new venue to host first WWE pay-per-view event

The WWE TLC pay-per-view will take place at the Barclays Center in Brookyn, N.Y. on December 16. The venue is the future home of the Brooklyn Nets of the NBA. The venue will open on September 28 with a Jay Z concert.
