Tonight’s show starts with the ‘Doritos Jacked’ SummerSlam Kickoff Show featuring Shawn Michaels, Booker T, Vickie Guerrero, and Josh Mathews.

Josh welcomes everyone.

Josh asks Shawn what he is looking forward to the most and Shawn says that it is the concept of SummerSlam in L.A. He is looking forward to the WWE Title Match.

Booker T says that he is looking forward to Bray Wyatt versus Kane. Booker mentions that Kane made his debut in 1997 at Bad Blood.

Vickie says that she is looking forward to the World Title Match.

Shawn agrees with Booker about how it is an uphill battle to make his debut in a Ring of Fire Match.

We see how Rob Van Dam got his match on the Kickoff Show.

Booker is asked for his thoughts on the United States Title Match. He says that Rob will have to step up in his home town and he thinks that Rob will do it.

Shawn says that people are impressed with the Shield and what they have done. We will see if The Shield is for real tonight.

Vickie says that she brought Rob back so she is looking forward to this match.

Renee Young is in the Social Media Lounge and she wants people to make their predictions on social media. Renee wants people to send videos on Tout.

We take a look at the CM Punk video package that aired on Smackdown this week.

Paul Heyman is in the locker room and Josh says that this match is being compared as David versus Goliath and Paul tells him to stop and he calls the comparison preposterous. David versus Goliath is a story we tell our children that there is hope left in the world. That is not the case.

Historians say that David hit Goliath with a slingshot, but the truth is that David got in one shot but Goliath dominated David and laid him to waste. That is what will happen tonight.

Paul says that he comes up with an idea that even CM Punk will agree to. The match will be No Disqualification. CM Punk will end up a martyr tonight and he will be pushed into martyrdom by the beast incarnate, BROCK LESNAR

Josh asks how this will change the match and Booker says that it will work in Brock’s favor. Punk will not lay down. Shawn says that he was concerned about this match and he says that the no disqualification serves Punk well. He says that he did not think that Punk would have a chance against Lesnar, but this might help. Vickie says that she is afraid for Punk. Shawn says that being the smaller man helps to have a no disqualification stipulation.

We go to Tony Dawson who was outside the Staples Center earlier today. He is with two fans who came to SummerSlam with Northern Ireland.

We see people entering the seating area.

It is time to take a look at Total Divas.

Josh mentions that Total Divas will have a presence on the pay per view with Natalya versus Brie Bella.

Vickie says that she thinks Natalya will win. She wonders how Shawn or Booker know anything about Divas. Vickie says that she is proud of the product. Booker says that Brie better watch out because Natalya is a grappler and she can take down some men. Shawn says that people used to call him a diva and he says that he was a foxy dude.

We take a look at the mixed tag match and how we go to tonight.

We see Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston at Venice Beach working out. Langston talks about how his agility separates himself from others his size. AJ says that she uses the Black Widow because she doesn’t have the strength of others. She says that she has always been the champion, but now she has proof.

Renee Young is in the Social Media Lounge. She runs through some of the predictions that were submitted.

We take a look at how the WWE Title Match was set up and the build to tonight.

Josh asks Shawn if Daniel Bryan can win and Shawn says that he does think so. He likes John Cena, but he is a bit biased towards Daniel Bryan. He has known him since he was 18 and he is very talented.

Vickie says that Daniel Bryan is a fresh face.

Booker says that John Cena has been on the mountaintop a long time. Cena has made a lot of money. Is John Cena still hungry and will he step up to face Daniel Bryan.

Shawn says that John has earned everything he has gotten.

Booker and Shawn talk about getting worn down on top. Shawn and Booker say that the timing might be right for Bryan.

Booker says that if Cena chose Bryan, maybe Cena thinks that he can beat Bryan.

Vickie wonders about the motives of Triple H.

We are back with Tony Dawson outside with fans from Calgary and he asks them about what match they are looking forward to and one says that they are looking forward to the Punk versus Lesnar match.

We go to ringside for Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler, and John Layfield. They talk about the matches on the show. Jerry says that Triple H is the wild card for the WWE Title match. Jerry does not know who the no disqualification stipulation helps and John says that it will help Brock Lesnar. Michael says that he might have an advantage because he can use whatever he wants.

Match Number One: United States Title Match - Dean Ambrose versus Rob Van Dam

They circle each other and have some words for each other. Ambrose retreats into the ropes before locking up to try to get inside Van Dam’s head. They lock up and Ambrose with a waist lock but Van Dam with a standing switch. Ambrose with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Ambrose mocks Van Dam and they lock up again.

Ambrose with a hammer lock and he takes Rob to the mat. Van Dam gets back to his feet and he applies a side head lock and connects with a shoulder tackle. Van Dam with a jumping back heel kick and Rob shows Dean how to do the thumbs thing.

Ambrose pushes Van Dam and Van Dam with forearms. Van Dam with a clothesline followed by a side head lock take down. Ambrose with a punch and elbow in the corner and then he chops Van Dam. Ambrose runs his forearm across Van Dam’s face. Ambrose with punches in the corner but Van Dam with punches of his own.

Van Dam with an Irish whip but he runs into Ambrose’s boots and Van Dam is down. Ambrose gets a near fall. Ambrose with a neck breaker for a near fall. Ambrose works on the neck. Van Dam with an elbow but Ambrose with a knee. Ambrose with a drop kick with Van Dam against the ropes and Ambrose gets a near fall.

Ambrose with a reverse chin lock but Van Dam with elbow and clotheslines. Van Dam with a thrust kick and then he tries for the monkey flip but Ambrose moves out of the way. Van Dam with a cross body for a near fall. Van Dam with a slam and he goes for the Split Legged Moonsault but Ambrose gets his knees up.

Ambrose with a clothesline for a near fall. Ambrose takes too long and Van Dam with a kick to the head followed by a step over spin kick. Van Dam goes up top and The Shield’s music plays and Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins make their way to the ring.

Mark Henry’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring. He is followed by Big Show, accompanied by his music.

We go to a break.

We are back and Ambrose with punches to Van Dam and he gets a near fall. Ambrose with a crossface chicken wing into a sleeper. Ambrose gets Van Dam to his knees. Van Dam with elbows but Ambrose sends Van Dam through the ropes to the floor. Big Show and Henry make sure that Rollins and Reigns don’t do anything.

Van Dam with a suplex to Ambrose on the floor. Van Dam puts Ambrose on the ringside barrier for the corkscrew guillotine leg drop. Van Dam goes up top and hits a senton onto Ambrose for a near fall. Van Dam with a slam and he signals for Rolling Thunder and Reigns grabs the leg. Ambrose tries to attack Van Dam from behind but Van Dam with a body scissors roll up for a near fall.

Ambrose with a spinebuster for a near fall. Ambrose with a slam and then he goes to the apron and then up top. Ambrose misses a back senton splash when Van Dam moves. Van Dam goes up top and Rollins distracts Van Dam. Ambrose with a rollup for a near fall.

Van Dam with punches and Ambrose with a knee. Ambrose with an Irish whip but Van Dam with an elbow and then he hits a springboard side kick and Rolling Thunder. Van Dam goes up top and hits the Five Star Frog Splash but Roman Reigns with a spear and the referee calls for the bell.

Winner: Rob Van Dam (by disqualification)

After the match, Big Show and Mark Henry come into the ring to check on Van Dam.

Dean tells Rob that he couldn’t get it done.

We go to Josh Mathews and the panel of honor. Booker says that Van Dam had it won, but like a pack of hyenas, the Shield did what he thought they would do. Shawn says that the two big guys aren’t as nimble as the other two guys. Booker says that Rob’s stock went up after this match.

We go to the Social Media Lounge and Renee shows us some Touts.

We return to the announce table and we see the construction of the railing for the Ring of Fire.

We go to a Kane versus Bray Wyatt video package.

We see the fire from one side of the ring.

Now that the Kickoff Show is completed, it is time for the pay per view to begin. We are in Los Angeles, California and your announcers are Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler, and John Layfield.

Your host makes his way onto the stage and he welcomes everyone to the 26th SummerSlam. He promises to make this the most must see SummerSlam. Miz mentions the two main events: CM Punk versus Brock Lesnar and John Cena versus Daniel Bryan, with guest referee Triple H.

Fandango and Summer Rae interrupt Miz and Miz with a few reallys.

Before we get to our first match, Jo Jo Offerman sings the National Anthem.

We see the Spanish Announce team before we get to our opening match.

Match Number One: Ring of Fire Match - Kane versus Bray Wyatt

The bell rings and the flames circle the ring and Kane punches Wyatt and sends him into the turnbuckles. Kane with an uppercut to Wyatt and Rowan and Harper try to get close to the ring but the flames rise. Kane with uppercuts and Wyatt retreats towards the corner momentarily. Wyatt with a boot and punches.

Wyatt tries for a suplex but Kane blocks it. Kane with a suplex and the impact on the mat causes the flames to rise. Kane with a punch and snap mare followed by a drop kick but he misses. Wyatt and Kane with kicks. Kane with an Irish whip but he misses a splash in the corner. Wyatt with a splash into the corner. Wyatt with a running cross body and he takes Kane to the mat.

Wyatt with punches and kicks to Kane. Kane grabs Wyatt by the throat but Wyatt escapes and he punches Kane. Kane with a boot to Wyatt. Kane with punches and an Irish whip and splash into the corner. Kane with another Irish whip and clothesline into the corner followed by a side slam. Kane sets for the choke slam but he decides to charge into the corner and Wyatt with an elbow and Wyatt sends Kane to the mat.

Harper grabs a kendo stick but the fire sets the stick on fire. Kane with a clothesline to Wyatt. Rowan tries to put out the flame with a fire extinguisher but the flames are back. Kane grabs Wyatt by the throat and he hits a choke slam. Kane grabs Wyatt for another choke slam and he tells Wyatt that this is his playground. Kane with another choke slam.

Kane signals for the tombstone but Harper and Rowan are able to cover the flame and they go into the ring. Harper with a cross body to Kane and they attack him. Harper and Rowan send Kane into the corner and Harper with a slam and Rowan with a splash to Kane. Harper and Rowan pick up Wyatt and then Kane is held up by Rowan and Harper.

Wyatt with the kiss to the forehead followed by Sister Abigail for the three count.

Winner: Bray Wyatt

After the match, Rowan and Harper drag Kane in front of Wyatt in his rocking chair. He puts Kane on top of one part of the ring steps and then they drop the other part of the steps on Kane’s head. Wyatt lights the lantern, the lights go out and Wyatt leads Harper and Rowan to the back with Kane.

We are back with the Kickoff Panel and Josh introduces everyone.

Josh asks Booker for his thoughts on what we saw in the Ring of Fire match. Booker says that it was disturbing. The Wyatt Family has flipped the script. Shawn calls it an impressive debut, but he is a bit uncomfortable by what he saw. Vickie says that isn’t how she would have done things.

We go down to the announce table and they wonder where the Wyatt Family has taken Kane.

We go to Paul Heyman’s comments about whether he thinks the Lesnar/Punk match is a modern version of David and Goliath.

Damien says that throughout literature, there have been numerous duos. Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, Batman and Robin. Each duo had something in common. There was a leader and an inferior sidekick or lackey. Cody Rhodes was his sidekick. Tonight, he sends him back to whence he came. Back to his carnival of clowns. The Rhodes Scholars could have been a prolific pairing. Tonight he is sent back to a pairing with his father . . . dumb and dumber.

Match Number Two: Cody Rhodes versus Damien Sandow

They lock up and Sandow backs Cody into the turnbuckles but Cody with punches to Sandow. Sandow kicks Rhodes and Rhodes punches Sandow. Rhodes sends Sandow into the turnbuckles and then he Irish whips Sandow and hits a back body drop. Rhodes with a gourdbuster to Sandow for a near fall. Sandow sends Rhodes to the apron and then he connects with a drop kick to the legs and Cody falls to the floor.

Sandow runs Rhodes’ back into the apron and they return to the ring. Sandow with forearms to the lower back followed by a suplex. Sandow gets a near fall. Sandow with a knee to the back and then he stretches Rhodes. Rhodes backs Sandow into the corner to get out of the hold. Sandow with a forearm to the back. Sandow escapes Cross Rhodes with a snap mare. Sandow with knees to Rhodes.

Sandow with a side Russian leg sweep and he sets for the Elbow of Disdain and he connects and gets a near fall. Sandow with forearms to the back followed by a knee. Sandow with a modified Cloverleaf but Cody escapes. Sandow with a forearm to the back of the neck and then he rubs Cody’s face in the mat. Sandow with boots to the head and then he goes to the turnbuckles. Cody with a punch to the midsection and Cody with head butts to Sandow on the turnbuckles.

Cody with a musclebuster for a near fall. Sandow with a kick to Rhodes but Cody with a clothesline and back elbow followed by punches. Rhodes with the drop down uppercut but Rhodes is sent over the top rope. Cody lands on the apron and then he hits a springboard drop kick.

Cody grabs Sandow and he goes for the kick to the abdomen. Sandow avoids the Beautiful Disaster and Sandow sends Rhodes into the ropes and then he hits a neck breaker for a near fall. Sandow tries for a sunset flip but Rhodes drops down and gets a near fall. Cody hits Beautiful Disaster but he can only get a two count.

Rhodes charges into the corner and hits the ring post when Sandow moves. Sandow with a rollup for a near fall. Cody escapes a slam attempt and Rhodes tries for an O’Connor Roll but Sandow holds on to the ropes. Rhodes hits Cross Rhodes and gets the three count.

Winner: Cody Rhodes

After the match, Sandow holds on to his briefcase.

With the World Title Match next we take a look at the Christian video package that aired last week.

Match Number Three: World Title Match - Alberto Del Rio versus Christian

They lock up and Del Rio backs Christian into the corner and Del Rio with a clean break. Del Rio with a kick to the leg and punches. Del Rio with a side head lock and Del Rio holds on when Christian tries to send him off the ropes. Del Rio with a shoulder tackle. Christian with punches and then he sends Del Rio over the top rope to the floor. Christian with a baseball slide but Del Rio moves.

Del Rio tries to punch Christian when Christian gets back on the apron but Del Rio misses. Christian drops Del Rio against the top rope. Christian goes up top but Del Rio escapes and crotches Christian. Del Rio with a step up enzuigiri and Christian is in the tree of woe. Del Rio with a running kick to the left shoulder. Del Rio with a hammer lock and he sends Christian shoulder first into the ringside barrier.

Del Rio gets a near fall when they return to the ring. Del Rio with an arm bar. Christian with punches and kicks. Del Rio sends Christian into the air and then Del Rio with a flying Yakuza kick and he wraps the left arm in the ropes. Del Rio goes up top with a double stomp to the arm while Christian was hanging on the middle rope. Del Rio gets a near fall. Del Rio with a drop kick to the arm. Del Rio wraps the arm in the ropes again.

Del Rio goes for a splash in the ropes and Christian moves. Del Rio hits the floor hard and he is down. Christian with a cross body from the turnbuckles onto Del Rio on the floor. Both men struggle to get back into the ring but they are able to get back inside. Del Rio with an arm wringer to the mat and then he kicks Christian in the head.

Del Rio sees blood from his nose and he slaps Christian. Del Rio tries for a knee off the turnbuckles but he hits Christian’s boot. Christian with a punch and he goes to the turnbuckles for a missile drop kick. Christian with punches in the corner. Christian goes up top and Del Rio tries for a step up enzuigiri and Christian ducks. Christian with a cross body for a near fall.

Del Rio with forearms to the back but Christian lands on his feet on a belly-to-back suplex attempt. Del Rio escapes a Killswitch but Del Rio with a lungblower when Christian goes to the turnbuckles and Del Rio gets a near fall. Del Rio with a kick to the back. Christian with an inside cradle for a near fall. Del Rio with an enzuigiri in the corner for a near fall.

Del Rio goes to the turnbuckles for a back senton but Christian moves. Christian goes to the turnbuckles for the back elbow and he connects. Del Rio runs Christian into the turnbuckles and the referee warns Alberto. Alberto goes for a superplex but Christian tries to counter with a sunset flip power bomb. Del Rio punches Christian but Christian with a drop kick to Del Rio on the turnbuckles. Christian with a super rana and he gets a near fall.

Christian tries for the spear but Del Rio with a drop kick. Del Rio gets a near fall. Del Rio signals for the Cross Arm Breaker. Christian avoids the float over and then Christian with a drop toe hold that sends Del Rio into the ropes. Christian with an uppercut on the floor. Del Rio with a super kick for a near fall.

Del Rio drops the knee pad and he goes for the super kick but Christian moves. Christian with a rollup for a near fall. Christian with a spear but he cannot cover due to his shoulder. Del Rio locks in the cross arm breaker and Christian taps out.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio

After the match, Renee Young asks Alberto about his victory. Alberto says that he is still everyone’s champion. He is also the one representing the Latinos. The Mexican people need someone to look up to. They need a hero or an idol. They need someone to tell them that everything is alright. That person is Alberto Del Rio.

It is time to take a look at the events in Los Angeles during the last week to celebrate SummerSlam.

We see footage from the match featuring Maria Menounos and Natalya against Brie Bella and Eva Marie.

Miz is in the back and he is with Maria Menounos. Miz brings up how the match came to be and the Bellas were insulted at what she told Natalya.

Fandango and Summer Rae interrupt and Miz with a few reallys. Miz dances with Maria and Fandango and Summer are a bit confused.

Match Number Four: Natalya (with Cameron and Naomi) versus Brie Bella (with Nikki Bella and Eva Marie)

They lock up and Brie backs Natalya into the ropes and she connects with a forearm and side head lock. Natalya tries for a hip toss but Brie blocks it. Brie calls Natalya a loser and she slaps Natalya. They go back and forth with slaps and then Natalya takes Brie to the mat and tries for a sharpshooter. Brie gets to the ropes and Eva Marie and Nikki pull her to the floor. Natalya sends Brie back into the ring and Brie with an elbow and then Nikki and Eva Marie pull Natalya off the apron.

Brie with a baseball slide while the referee deals with Cameron and Naomi. Brie with a boot to the back of the head and she connects with a few leg drops. Brie with a chin lock. Brie with shoulders in the corner followed by a clothesline and a hair take down.

Natalya with a jawbreaker followed by a clothesline and she tries for the Sharpshooter and she locks it in. Brie rolls through and she sends Natalya into the turnbuckles. Brie with kicks in the corner and then Nikki and Eva Marie interfere. Cameron and Naomi break things up.

Brie with a chin lock. Natalya gets Brie on her back but Brie with a rollup for a near fall. Brie with a running knee to the head followed by a kick. Natalya catches Brie on a sunset flip attempt and Natalya with a CalgaryBama Slam and the Sharpshooter and Brie taps out.

Winner: Natalya

We see footage from earlier today when Ryback complains about catering. He complains about the soup being cold, but he is told that it is supposed to be cold because it is gazpacho. Ryback says that he does not like cold soup so he tells him to take it away. Ryback pours the soup down his shirt.

We see the video package for the CM Punk versus Brock Lesnar match.

Match Number Five: CM Punk versus Brock Lesnar (with Paul Heyman) in a No Disqualification Match

Punk goes after Lesnar but Lesnar runs Punk into the turnbuckles and connects with shoulders. Punk with punches but Lesnar sends him back into the turnbuckles. Lesnar with forearms to the back and then he sends him into the turnbuckles. Lesnar with kicks to Punk in the corner. Punk with punches and a knee.

Punk with a head butt and knee but Lesnar blocks a kick and he biels Punk across the ring. Punk has a knee blocked and Lesnar runs him into the turnbuckles. Lesnar chokes Punk and kicks him in the corner. Lesnar says that this is his house. Punk with a kick to the head and a running knee to the head and Lesnar is down. Punk with a running knee and Lesnar goes to the floor. Punk with a suicide dive.

Punk grabs the ring steps but Lesnar with a shoulder tackle to the steps and Punk is down. Punk is able to get off Lesnar’s shoulders and Lesnar is sent into the ring post instead of Punk. Punk goes up top with a double sledge. Punk goes onto the announce table, waiting for Lesnar to get up and Punk with a clothesline off the table.

Heyman falls down backing away from Punk and Lesnar is able to pounce on Punk from behind. Lesnar kicks Punk. Lesnar tosses Punk over the announce table. Lesnar throws Punk over the announce table and then he puts the hood on top of Punk and he leaps onto it. Lesnar with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex.

Lesnar sends Punk into the ring and Punk with kicks to Lesnar’s leg but Lesnar with a clothesline and Punk is down. Lesnar with shoulders in the corner followed by a bear hug. Punk with elbows to try to get out of the hold. Punk is able to escape but Lesnar with a knee to the midsection.

Heyman tells Punk to stay down. Lesnar with a knee to the ribs. Punk refuses to quit and Lesnar returns to the bear hug. Punk with elbows and he escapes. Punk with a forearm and kick to the chest. Punk goes up top for a cross body but Brock catches him and hits a fallaway slam. Lesnar picks up Punk and connects with a back breaker and a power slam for a near fall. Lesnar with another near fall.

Lesnar with a reverse chin lock. Punk with elbows and he bites Lesnar. Punk with kicks to the leg and hip. Punk with forearms to the head and Lesnar is staggered. Punk goes up top and waits for Lesnar to get closer. Punk with a knee to the head and both men are down. Punk gets to his feet first and he hits a running knee into the corner. Punk sets for a second knee and he connects. Punk tries for a third one but Lesnar catches him. Punk gets to his feet and Punk with a round kick. Punk goes up top for the elbow drop and he connects. Brock kicks out at two. Punk signals for the Go To Sleep and he gets Brock on his shoulders but Brock escapes. Brock gets Punk on his shoulders but Punk gets to his feet and he connects with a round kick to the head.

Punk gets Lesnar on his shoulders and he tries for the Go To Sleep but Lesnar counters with a Kimura and he takes Punk to the mat. Punk counters with a cross arm breaker and he kicks Lesnar in the head. Punk with a triangle choke and Lesnar looks like he is going to tap out.

Lesnar picks up Punk and hits a spinebuster but Punk holds onto the triangle choke. Lesnar teases that he will tap out but Lesnar picks up Punk. Punk with elbows to Lesnar but Lesnar with a running power bomb and both men are down. Lesnar gets a near fall.

Lesnar with three rolling suplexes and he gets a near fall. Lesnar goes to the floor and he looks at a steel chair. Brock gives the chair a better look at the ring but he takes too long. Punk goes up top for a cross body. Punk hits the chair but the chair also hits Lesnar. Both men are down. Punk picks up the chair and he hits Lesnar in the back with it.

Punk returns to the ring and Lesnar blocks the chair shot. Punk with a low blow to Lesnar. Paul argues with the referee about the low blow but this is a no disqualification match. Punk takes the chair with him to the turnbuckles. Punk with an elbow drop with the chair and he gets a near fall. Punk hits Lesnar in the back with the chair and he wants one more.

Heyman grabs the chair from Punk and Punk grabs Heyman. Lesnar hits Punk from behind and he gets Punk on his shoulders for the F-5 but Punk grabs Heyman’s tie. Punk with the Go To Sleep but Heyman breaks up the cover. Heyman realizes that he made a mistake and he goes to the floor. Punk chases Heyman around the ring and back in. Lesnar tries for an F-5 but Punk counters with a DDT for a near fall.

Punk applies the Anaconda Vice but Lesnar refuses to tap. Heyman tries to bring a chair into the ring but Punk stands on it. Heyman hits Punk in the leg to try to get him off the chair. Punk punches Heyman and then he puts Heyman in the Anaconda Vice. Lesnar hits Punk with the chair three times. Lesnar picks up Punk and hits the F-5 on the chair for the three count.

Winner: Brock Lesnar

After the match, Punk gets to his feet and the fans give him a standing ovation.

Michael Cole mentions a challenge made at a WWE Live Event. A fan was offered his tickets for a shot at tickets to SummerSlam if he would take a splash from Mark Henry. We see everyone wishing him ‘luck’.

Match Number Six: Dolph Ziggler and Kaitlyn versus AJ Lee and Big E Langston

Dolph and Langston start things off and Ziggler avoids Langston and he does the hip sway. Ziggler with a drop kick for a near fall. Langston with a belly-to-belly suplex followed by a splash for a near fall. Langston with an abdominal stretch and he punches Ziggler in the ribs to add more pressure. Langston holds Ziggler for AJ to slap him.

Ziggler with a drop kick and AJ tags in.

Kaitlyn grabs a charging AJ and runs her into the corner. Kaitlyn with a splash into the corner followed by a back breaker. AJ sends Kaitlyn into the turnbuckles and she hits a spinning heel kick and gets a near fall. AJ sends Kaitlyn into the turnbuckles followed by a snap mare and reverse chin lock.

AJ with a back elbow to Kaitlyn and she gets a near fall. AJ with a neck breaker and she connects with a second one. AJ skips around the ring. Kaitlyn with punches but AJ with a sleeper. Kaitlyn falls to her knees but she gets back up and she backs Kaitlyn into the turnbuckles. AJ with a kick to the back and she yells at Kaitlyn about having her leftover.

Kaitlyn with a flying shoulder tackle and both women are down. Langston and Ziggler tag in and Dolph with a drop kick and Stinger Splash followed by a neck breaker and rapid fire elbow drops leading into the hesitation leaping elbow drop to finish him off.

Ziggler misses a Fameasser and Langston with a gutwrench back breaker and Kaitlyn breaks up the cover. AJ with a Shining Wizard to Kaitlyn. Langston sends Ziggler into the corner and he connects with a shoulder. He misses a second shoulder and hits the ring post. AJ grabs Ziggler’s leg to stop a Zig Zag. Kaitlyn with a spear on the floor. Langston with a clothesline for a near fall and the strap is down.

Ziggler escapes the Big Ending and hits the Zig Zag for the three count.

Winners: Kaitlyn and Dolph Ziggler

We go to Miz in the back and he is interrupted again by Fandango and Summer Rae. Miz punches Fandango.

We go back to Josh, Booker, Shawn, and Vickie. Josh asks for predictions for the Cena/Bryan match.

Shawn still thinks Daniel Bryan will win. Booker says that Bryan will fight and scratch. Is John Cena hungry enough? Vickie is picking Daniel Bryan. Shawn thanks Brock and Punk.

Match Number Seven: WWE Title Match - John Cena versus Daniel Bryan (with Guest Referee Triple H)

They lock up and Cena with a side head lock take down. Bryan gets back to his feet. They go for a Greco Roman knuckle lock and Cena takes Bryan to the mat and he gets a few near falls. Bryan with a bridge and Cena puts his weight on Bryan. Bryan with a monkey flip and he goes for the Yes Lock but Cena goes to the floor.

Cena tells the doctor something about his elbow. Cena gets back into the ring and he applies a side head lock and take down. Cena catches Bryan on a leap frog attempt and Cena with a jackknife cover for a series of near falls. Bryan with a bridge and a back slide for a near fall. Bryan with a dragon screw leg whip.

Bryan sets up for the surfboard but Cena escapes. Cena gets Bryan on his shoulders but Bryan goes to the apron. Cena with a shoulder tackle and Bryan goes off the apron and hits the announce table. Bryan with an Irish whip that sends Cena into the ring steps. Cena with a suplex off the ring steps to the floor.

Cena rolls Bryan back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Cena waits for Bryan to get up and he punches Bryan. Cena with a hard Irish whip to Bryan. Cena with a kick to Bryan. Cena with a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Cena with a reverse chin lock. Bryan with elbows and forearms. Bryan with kicks of Yes in the corner.

Cena with a knee to the midsection and Irish whip but Bryan flips over Cena and he hits the flying clothesline. Bryan with kicks to the chest. Bryan misses a round kick and Cena with the two flying shoulder tackles followed by the Blue Thunder Bomb. Bryan kicks Cena before he can do the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Bryan kicks Cena away.

Cena with another Blue Thunder Bomb followed by the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena waits for Bryan to get up and Cena with an Attitude Adjustment but Bryan lands on his feet. Bryan with boots to Cena and he goes to the turnbuckles for a missile drop kick and Bryan gets a near fall.

Bryan with kicks to the shoulder and he wants Cena to get up so he can kick him some more. Bryan continues to work on the elbow. Bryan with more kicks to the shoulder. Cena with a drop toe hold but Bryan counters and he applies an STF. Cena tries to make his way to the ropes but Bryan pulls Cena into the center of the ring and he hits a German suplex for a near fall. Bryan with another German suplex and bridge for another near fall. Bryan tries for a third one but Cena blocks it. Cena tries for an Attitude Adjustment but Bryan gets Cena to the mat with the Yes Lock. Cena tries to get out of the hold and he does. Bryan with a guillotine choke on Bryan.

Cena gets back to his feet and he runs Bryan into the turnbuckles but Bryan holds on to the guillotine. Cena with a suplex that sends Bryan into the turnbuckles to get out of the hold. Cena with an Attitude Adjustment but Bryan kicks out. Cena goes up top and Bryan stops him. Cena sends him back to the mat. Bryan with a forearm and Cena sends Bryan back to the mat. Bryan with a drop kick and it staggers Cena on the turnbuckles.

Cena sets for a superplex and Bryan hangs from the turnbuckles and he powers himself up. Bryan goes up top for a diving head butt and he hits it but Cena kicks out at two. Cena goes to the floor and Bryan sets for a suicide dive but Cena with an elbow to Bryan.

Cena goes up top and hits the Rocker Dropper but Bryan kicks out at two. Cena gets Bryan and he puts him on the top turnbuckle. Cena sets for a super Attitude Adjustment but Bryan with elbows to the head. Bryan tries for a super rana but Cena blocks it and he drops Bryan on the mat and applies the STF.

Cena turns it into a modified sleeper but Bryan will not quit. Bryan with the Yes Lock on Cena. Cena gets to the ropes and Bryan has to release the hold and he does so well before five. Cena says that he is okay. Bryan sets for the running drop kick and he connects the first time. He hits it a second time but Cena with a clothesline to stop the third drop kick attempt.

Cena with punches and Bryan with forearms. They throw in some kicks as well. Each man goes for a cross body but they collide and go down. They struggle to get back to their feet. Cena slaps Bryan and Bryan slaps Cena. They go back and forth with slaps. Bryan with a flurry of kicks but Cena with a kick. Bryan tries to flip over Cena but Cena catches him and tries for an Attitude Adjustment but Bryan counters with a DDT.

Bryan goes up top again for the diving head butt, but Cena catches Bryan and Cena gets Bryan on his shoulders. Bryan counters with a small package. Bryan with a kick to the head. Bryan with a flying knee to the head for the three count.

Winner: Daniel Bryan

After the match, Bryan celebrates his victory. Bryan and Cena say something to each other and they shake hands.

Cena shakes Hunter’s hand and he leaves the ring. Hunter raises Bryan’s hand in victory and shakes his hand. The confetti flies in the Staples Center. Pyro goes off on the stage while Daniel continues his celebration.

Randy Orton’s music plays and he walks to the ring with the briefcase.

Orton thinks about it and holds the case over his head. Bryan wants him to come into the ring to cash in, but Orton turns around and walks up the ramp. Bryan starts a yes chant. Hunter with a pedigree to Bryan and Orton makes his way to the ring.

Orton hands Hunter the briefcase,

Randy Orton covers Daniel Bryan and Hunter makes the three count.
