Another day, another bad story for TNA. The Wrestling Observer reports that the company is being sued by American Express Travel Related Services Company for unpaid bills related to travel. According to the site, the lawsuit was filed back on July 20th and claimed TNA owed $269,040.50 in expenses that were charged to the company’s American Express Corporate account and not paid. The suit claims that TNA agreed to payments on the receipt of monthly billing statements, as well as paying court costs if the case did go to court along with finance charges and delinquency frees.

The $269,049.50 is specifically for the unpaid among and doesn’t include the legal costs. TNA is in the midst of several financial problems right now, including a tax lien from the state of Tenessee, a lawsuit by a former production company and of course Billy Corgan’s lawsuit.
