According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Steve Austin didn’t attend WrestleMania 33 because he was in the process of selling the former Broken Skull Ranch in Tilden, TX. Austin denies reports and rumors that he’s at odds with WWE, and insists he didn’t attend because he had to take care of the sale and had other work-related issues to deal with. Austin sold the ranch because traveling between his home in Marina del Rey and his ranch in Texas was too much. He’s interested in buying a ranch in California. Austin retained the rights to the name Broken Skull Ranch in the sale.
