Will Washington, a wrestling website worker who had zero experience with writing pro wrestling but is Swerve Strickland's cousin, is getting some heat backstage in AEW after a year and a half of employment.

One report even suggests that he's gone to HR because Dr. Britt Baker DMD, who only has been back for a few weeks, will not listen to his creative ideas.
