LA Knight regains the United States title from Shinsuke Nakamura on WWE Smackdown

As seen during the March 7th 2025 edition of WWE Smackdown, Shinsuke Nakamura defended the United States title against former champion LA Knight.

At the end of a back and forth match, Nakamura attempted to use a steel chair. When the referee took the chair away, Nakamura used his mist but Knight ducked and the referee was blinded.

Knight was eventually able to give Nakamura a BFT onto the chair and a second referee ran down to make the three count. Knight celebrated with pyro as the show went off the air.
