WWE Trying to Erase The Rock from Recent History

Triple H was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame when he selected himself earlier this year. Somewhere, a speech he put together is probably still being read out. We joke because the lengthy speech he did give put audience members to sleep (Booker T) and went on so long, Mr. T called up and asked when Kane was going to let the COO know it was time to wrap it up. Well, during the pretentious, self congratulatory bore fes, Triple H did not, a single time, thank The Rock. I believe he, at one point, thanked his 3rd grade lunch lady for the extra helping of Sloppy Joe's in 1978. But, somehow, one of his greatest rivals didn't make the cut.

Who are we kidding? Nothing was cut from this speech. He just wasn't ever in it.

Well, when it comes to The Rock not being in things, he's apparently being deleted from recent history.

A new report suggests that the "Great One" will not be referenced, shown, and even be cut out of photos and video clips from his 2025 Elimination Chaimber appearance. As you might recall, The Rock seemed to be the dark force that John Cena sold his soul to. But, after the turn, The Rock was not mentioned again and did not even appear at WrestleMania.

There seems to be some belief that there are problems between The Rock and Triple H. Those reports are denied. But, bald men tend to comb over hair from the back of their head to appear they still have a healthy head of hair as well. In other words, denial is more than just a river in Egypt. And, we believe there are problems there.

While The Rock has given strange interviews of late where he back-handedly praises Triple H and the direction of WWE, it is believed that WWE will take the approach that The Rock was not even involved in Cena's heel turn. Instead, they will put a focus on rapper and annoying human responsible for the crummy "Fien" repeated 64,000 times "song" that was played at WrestleMania over and over and over again, Travis Scott as being Cena's heel ally. TKO has never met a celebrity they didn't like. Well, apparently, maybe just The Rock.

We will have more as we get it.
