LAS VEGAS, NV — In a weekend defined by massive spectacle and "The Biggest WrestleMania of All Time," WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash is pulling back the curtain on a less-than-glamorous reality for the legends involved in the festivities. On the latest episode of Kliq This, Nash detailed the grueling logistical hurdles of the Hall of Fame ceremony, revealing that while the production was "massive," the hospitality for the icons of the industry was nonexistent.
Nash, who was in town to induct long-time friend Dennis Rodman, described a "long f*cking day" that began with mid-afternoon rehearsals and stretched well past midnight, all without a meal provided by the company.
"Be there at three o’clock, leave at midnight," Nash stated. "Absolutely not a fcking bit of food available. Some bags of chips, a couple of fcking bananas... I asked the head of f*cking talent relations—and I won’t say his name—I asked him, 'Is there food?' He said the matches' cards are catered, but [not the Hall of Fame]."
The two-time Hall of Famer expressed genuine surprise at the lack of basic amenities for the talent, noting that even with the event being a cornerstone of the WrestleMania week schedule, the legends were left to fend for themselves. "This is even a longer day," Nash noted, comparing the Hall of Fame schedule to the standard match days that receive full catering.
Beyond the culinary complaints, Nash used the episode to dive into the high-stakes world of Hall of Fame production, including a tense rehearsal moment where Vince McMahon physically intervened during a microphone check. Nash also touched on his interaction with John Cena regarding his retirement tour and the "taboo" nature of mentioning the McMahon name in previous years.
