Wrestling legend Jeff Hardy publicly referenced his renewed Christian faith during TNA iMPACT’s September 25, 2025 “Final Negotiation” segment. While reflecting on the Hardys’ decades-long rivalry with Team 3D, Jeff said only God knows why they survived so many extreme moments before describing himself as a “reborn by faith” Christian.
His declaration carried added weight because Hardy has openly discussed the darkness behind his wrestling career. He previously revealed that his drinking spiraled out of control after his father died, leading to serious legal trouble in 2022 and forcing him to step away before rebuilding his life spiritually, mentally and physically.
The statement also included playful references to former rivals Edge and Christian, but the testimony resonated far beyond wrestling. After years of addiction, public failure and recovery, Hardy stood before a worldwide audience and pointed toward faith, reminding people that no past is too broken for Jesus to begin restoring.
