Jasmin St. Claire’s pregnancy storyline in Juggalo Championship Wrestling is getting so much attention that some fans apparently believe the entire thing is real.

During a conversation with Wrestling Pedigree, St. Claire discussed her ongoing JCW angle and admitted that she was not completely sold on the idea when it was first presented. She eventually leaned into it, and fans have gone along for the ride.

“At first, I was really like, ‘Okay, whatever.’ I wasn’t sure.”

The storyline has been convincing enough that some viewers believe St. Claire is actually pregnant. Instead of shutting the confusion down, she decided to have some fun by creating a baby registry. The gifts have included a bizarre mix of items that probably will not be found on a traditional baby registry.

“There are fans that think I’m actually really pregnant. So, I posted a baby registry, and I started receiving gifts.”

“I got a nice bottle of perfume. I’ve received hair pills, which I really need. I received a flask. If I put champagne in there, the baby drinks champagne. I received an Iron Maiden mug, so whatever I put in the mug is for the baby. I received a champagne cocktail book.”

St. Claire said she plans to continue opening the gifts on video, but the bigger story is what JCW has planned for the eventual birth. She refused to spoil the reveal, though she made it clear fans should expect something that gets people talking. She also ruled out two of the most obvious guesses from wrestling fans who remember Mae Young’s infamous WWE storyline.

“The birth is going to be very controversial, I think. But that’s all I’ll say. It won’t be a hand or a foot. I can guarantee you that.”

St. Claire also teased that the storyline will lead to her managing a new wrestler. She would not reveal the identity but described him as a large, established talent she is excited to work with.

“The person I end up managing, you’ll see. It’s going to be a really great surprise. I’m excited to work with him, too. He’s a very solid big guy.”

Later in the conversation, St. Claire promised that the pregnancy storyline is heading toward something much bigger, including a surprise for Violent J. She also credited Violent J with writing much of the baby-daddy material, while Vince Russo helped create the overall concept.

“A surprise that’s going to rip apart everything and everyone that gets in my way. And it’s going to be a big surprise for Violent J, too. I can tell you that.”

“Vince came up with the concept. He wrote some stuff, but that was Violent J with all of the ‘Who’s the baby daddy?’ stuff.”
