WRESTLINGEPICENTER.COM: The History of WWW!

THE HISTORY OF KAYFABE TUESDAYS:

Show: Weekend Warriors of Wrestling
Longevity: 2005 - 2007
Current Hosts: Not Active
Former Hosts: Patrick Kelley (2005 - 2007), Erik Clancy (2005), Nick "Wicked Child" Lane (2006), Chad "Ace of Spades" Perry (2006 - 2007)

The Weekend Warriors of Wrestling started as Erik Clancy continued doing shows after the hiatus of The Interactive Interview. Clancy brought on board Patrick Kelley who earned his spot after participating on a contest The Interactive Interview held months prior. The two would work together until they split when Erik Clancy left the site in November of 2005.

Patrick Kelley had James Walsh as a fill in for a few shows before starting a contest to fill the spot as co-host. The contest was won by Nick "Wicked Child" Lane. Nick Lane did one show for the show, interviewed former WWE Diva Ivory, and dropped off the planet. As a result, the runner-up Chad "Ace of Spades" Perry got the spot.

The Weekend Warriors would be the second longest running show in the history of the web site. But, in October of 2006, the show's name was changed to The Piledriver in an attempt to create new life for the broadcast. As a result, The Weekend Warriors of Wrestling stopped operations.
