AEW Appears to have Lost Jazwares as their Action Figure Manufacturer

Not longa fter the launch of AEW Dynamite on TNT back in 2019, AEW announced a toy deal with Jazwares. Jazwares is a major player in toys making toys for such big brands as Nintendo including Pokemon. The initial run of the figures were wildly popular but after a few years and after we saw most of the big name stars getting figures, the most recent AEW action figures have been shelf warmers and not selling particularly well. That is a pretty solid indication on how AEW business has been over the past few years.

Well, with fewer and fewer figures getting released and a recent deal to make AEW Big Rubber Guys with Matt Cardona's brand of figures, it has become quite the speculation that at the end of 2025, there will be no more AEW action figures with Jazwares.

One report I've seen has said that the planned Ultimate Edition of Will Ospreay has been cancelled as has the Outrunners series of action figures. But, we have not confirmed that.

It remains to be seen if AEW will partner with one of the smaller action figure manufacturers like the Big Rubber Guys for a long time contract or if they will seek out a rival company to Mattel and Jazwares to try and recapture the action figure market - perhaps Hasbro?

My bet is they release online exclusives via Cardona's company until such a time that the market demands new AEW toys.
